Life is too short for not being who you are, to give in to other people’s expectations of what you should be, to give in to whatever pressures you think you have to give in to, to live a life that brings you no joy or fulfilment
But I will tell you this: being grateful for the good things, and most of all aware that we are only here for a short ride, makes you appreciate things in life even more.
We’ve invented so much stuff since, so many technological advances, and still most places still opt to work as a 17th century textile factory
Take up new challenges, embrace the things that make you happy, choose to be happier even if the path looks more difficult, as it will certainly be the most rewarding.
